TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders:

- All prices ESPAI FLY SHOP are inclusive of VAT.
- To avoid errors we recommend that all orders are entered through our online store or via e.mail. Also attend to telephone orders to be confirmed a posteriori with an e-mail they send.
- It is essential to verify both the data and the order.

Shipping outside of Spain / Europe:

If you want to arrange a purchase with a destination outside of Spain or Europe, please, email us to info@espaifly.com and tell us product/s you are interested. We will calculate the shipping cost and we will contact you to inform as soon as possible.

Delivery:

- Shipments guaranteed by UPS.

- The free shipping promotion applies only to the Iberian Peninsula. Balearic Islands for shipment to the transportation price is 20 € / product.
- Items without stock. If for some reason the stock had ended in a product on our website and have already made payment for a product we will contact you to inform the waiting period or a refund of the amount.
- Deliveries can not be made because of difficulties of access charged to the customer both the outward and return. They must report any detail to facilitate delivery.

- On our website you will find the measures www.espaiflyshop.com in most of our products, if not consult us and find facilitators.
- Prices do not include assembly for items that require it.
- The material is delivered fully packed and protected inside the box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of it before its final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility.
- The delivery times shown on the website are indicative. Espai fly is not responsible for delays caused by transportation companies, since it is an external service, any claim must be made directly to the carrier, since the time of purchase you hire this service out of our competition .

- Vondom and Gandia Blasco will delivered on the groundfloor.
